It is our goal to make You feel at ease while We make you feel stronger. Our exercise room has a variety of equipment to assist you along your way to recovery or to be used as a personal fitness program tailored to your needs. We constantly update our equipment to maximize the benefits you will receive at Borrego Physical Therapy. We currently have Total Gym, Bowflex, TreadClimber, a treadmill, stationary bikes, and much more.

Our waiting rooms (we have 2!) are spacious and comfortable. We have a large variety of reading materials, including the San Diego Union, Forbes, Better Homes & Gardens, New Scientist, Science News, and others. With this excellent facility, we are ready, able, and eager to assist in your recovery.

Borrego Physical Therapy has been located in The Mall since 2001. It is over Calicos on the 2nd floor. A ramp exists on the west side of the building for easy access. Looking down the balcony from that ramp towards Borrego Physical Therapy, is an outstanding view of Fonts Point.
